Ed Desouza is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Old Dominion University. For the past 25 years, Ed worked in several aspects of construction for private companies before starting Slade Drywall in 2016. Ed oversees the entire operation, actively applying his construction and engineering knowledge to the estimating, project management and field operations. Upon being awarded the contract, Ed will handle every aspect of project management as well as closely work with the general superintendent to ensure project success.
Michael Cash

Michael Cash began his construction estimating career in 2014 and quickly flourished in his role as he became proficient in reading prints and utilizing Oncenter estimating software. Michael’s dedication and determination towards the constantly evolving bid calendar enables Slade Drywall to meet its clients demands.
Ernie Santini
General Superintendent

Ernie Santini started his career as a laborer in 2001 and due to his ambition and work ethics quickly learned how to finish, frame & hang drywall. Within a few short years, Ernie completed an ABC Engineering course on how to read prints and perform layouts. By 2006 Ernie was a well-established working foreman where he performed layouts, interacted with job superintendents and provided onsite supervision while still wearing his tool belt.
Ernie currently is the general superintendent and manages every aspect of the field operations. He is fluent in English and Spanish enabling him to excel at coordinating and communicating with our field personnel and clients. Ernie’s positive attitude and proactive approach towards every project ensures that Slade Drywall meets or exceeds projects expectations while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
